La Syrie était rélativement fertile à l' époque d' Alalakh et il ne semble pas qu' il y ait eu un réseau d' irrigation comparable à celui de la Mésopotamie. Il y en avait toutefois certainement à petite échelle.

Syria was fertile during the biblical times and it does not seem that there was a network of irrigation comparable with that of Mésopotamie. There were however some shadufs.
Syrien war zur Zeit von Alalakh ziemlich fruchtbar, und es scheint nicht, daß es ein Bewässerungsnetz gegeben hat, das mit jenem von Mésopotamie vergleichbar war. Er davon dort hatte allerdings gewiß in kleinem Rahmen.
Siria era relativamente fértil en la época de Alalakh y no parece que hay una red de riego comparable al de Mesopotamia. Allí tenía no obstante ciertamente a pequeña escala.

Palais d' Idri-mi / Idri-mi's palace
Palais d' Idri-mi / Idri-mi's palace : Palais syrien de la haute antiquité (cité d' Alalakh, royaume de Moukiche). le plan a été très simplifié par rapport au niveau archéologique IV de la cité, dont il s' inspire. /  Biblical syrian palace at Alalakh (Kingdom of Mukish). This scenery is inspired by the IVth archeological level of the city but is very simplified.
